The idea to mix chocolate and cheese to product chocolates is born by the wish to propose an alternative product for the aperitif or as a sweet and particular "partner" for a beer in the middle of the afternoon. We are chosen four different kind of cheese to realize four kind of chocolates, growing up with the tasting sensations.
